Head of cauliflower
2 – 3 Cups Bone broth (depending on how thick you want your soup)
1 clove garlic
1/2 cup milk or cream
1/2 stick of butter
salt & pepper to taste
Steam the head of cauliflower. Add steamed cauliflower, garlic, and bone broth to the blender. Transfer blended mixture to the stovetop. Add about 1/2 cup of milk or cream. Add 1/2 stick of butter and stir until it is melted. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low for 10 minutes.
